Our grandparents start to plant olives trees in their land, to have their oli end up on the family tables for generations.
This is the period which the subsistence activity become a promising business. In this period was born the first crasher.
Thirty years after our parents decide to expand the business and to build another bigger crasher.
Today we try to unite the traditional work to the digital evolution, implementing new technologies which protect the environment, the consumer and the tradition.
